HPERRSTOLIST    A variable used to control the destination file for all
                CI errors and warnings.  The default is TRUE meaning
                that all CI errors and warning are written to $STDLIST.
                If set to FALSE then CI errors and warnings are written
                to $STDERR.  This can be helpful when using CI I/O
                redirection.
